The health benefit of drinking wate should be obvious to even the most casual observer, but sometimes ignored. You can actually survive without food for months, but without water you would die after a few days, so needless to say, water is absolutely essential for all living things and the most important nutrient for your health.

Good water is essential for digestion, nutrient absorption, transporting oxygen and nutrients to your cells, aids your circulation, regulates body’s temperature, lubricates and cushions your joints, keeps your skin healthy, detoxifies the liver and kidneys, and helps remove toxins from your body.

On the other hand, dehydration may cause disease

Our bodies naturally ration water to our vital organs. Our brain takes priority over all other organs. It is 1/50th of our total body weight, but it receives about 20% of blood circulation. Your body tries to communicate with you when you are short of water by sending out signals. As you take prescription medications, you are silencing the signals of your body that lets you know your water needs. This causes pathology to form and diseases to begin.

Medical practitioners are not aware of the importane and the health benefit of drinking water for us. Many disease conditions have been linked back to dehydration. The lack of knowledge about the importance of water in the medical field has prevented medical practitioners from being able to offer cures for some major diseases in humans.

Many people think tea, coffee, and manufactured beverages are adequate substitutes for the water needs of your body. These beverages, although they do contain water, contain dehydrating agents. These beverages should never be a substitute for the water your body is crying out for!

Drinking water always plays a crucial role in our health. It has life-giving properties and life-sustaining properties. The best water for drinking is alkaline water. Around the world many researchers report the benefits of acid-alkaline balance in your diet. Your health is good when your pH balance is good. When your body is not balanced, disease can begin to form such as bone loss, premature aging, weight gain, and so on. Alkaline ionized water is a good way to keep your body healthy and acheive proper pH balance.
