Find different and challenging ways to jump rope and work to increase your speed.

A way to use your sprinting time wisely is to sprint up hills and then just walk at a slower pace back down. Keep at it for as long as possible, but don’t over-do it. You’ll feel really tired at first, but as your endurance builds up you will ultimately be glad you stuck with it.
3. Body weight exercises like mountain climbing, lunges, or even push-ups help engage more of your mind and body to get you in better shape.
4. Swimming gives you good resistance exercise while working out more of your body, making it a preferred exercise for health and fitness. Just be sure that you’re not just floating in the pool though. You could try doing sprints in the pool with a little rest in between.

These are just some ways on how you can lose weight fast. Put them to good use.
The reason these exercises work better than all of those expensive machines like the treadmill or the elliptical machine is because they require more effort. If you just take the time and energy required for an effective workout, then you will see far better results than if you just keep using your ineffective and expensive equipment.
